Siru keerai Gravy


Siru keerai.                      2 bunch
Coconut milk.                  200 ml
Salt.                                   Required quantity
Red Chilli                          6
Garlic.                               15
Channa dhal.                   100 g


Clean and wash the spinach and chop it.  Boil both the garlic and spinach on a cooker. After the spinach gets boiled, in a pan pour oil and put dry chilli and channa dhal.
Pour coconut milk in the mixture and add the boiled spinach in it.  This gravy will be creamy thick one that gives delicious taste when it is tasted with dosa or Idli or Chappathi.
